Start your fundraising today! Participants who raise $250 or more will receive a special thank you gift from Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services. 

Fundraising makes a difference.

This year it is our goal to have 100% participation in fundraising! We are challenging each participant to raise much needed additional funds for Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services. 

How can I fundraise?

Our fundraising features provide you the opportunity to pass the message on, receive the support of friends, family and co-workers and qualify for awards. 

Once registered for the race, simply create your own personal fundraising page. Use the tools and keep track of all the pledges you receive. Be sure to personalize your fundraising page with text, videos and photos. Once your page is built, log in as often as you want to send more e-mails, edit your information or track your progress. Change the templates we have provided to reflect your sentiments and personality. Take advantage of social media, which is an excellent way to get the word out. Be sure to provide the link to your fundraising page to everyone you contact.

Where does the money go?

100% of all funds raised go directly to Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services. As a result of this event's fundraising success, SFBFS offers services free of charge to families in need in our community all year long. 

How can I support a participant?

Click here to find the participant you would like to support and help them reach their fundraising goal.

You may also mail your fundraising contribution. Print and mail this fundraising card to help them reach their fundraising goal. Be sure to include the participant's name and fundraising number on the form.

After December 1, please donate online at www.sacramentofoodbank.org.

Is my donation tax deductible?

All donations are 100% tax deductible. Once your donation has been processed, you will receive a thank you letter with our organization's Tax ID on it. 

Are thank you gifts awarded to fundraisers?

Everyone who raises $250 or more will receive a Run to Feed the Hungry commemorative camp chair.

How can I Stuff the Turkey? 

Our goal for funds raised this year is $150,000. Every time you make a donation you will help us stuff the turkey. Make sure to check back weekly to watch the turkey grow!
